Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about gear, shipping, and hitting the slopes.

How do I choose the right ski length for my height and skill level?

Generally, skis should reach somewhere between your chin and the top of your head. Beginners should look for shorter, more maneuverable skis, while advanced skiers may prefer longer skis for stability at high speeds.

Do you offer professional binding mounting and adjustment?

Yes, we offer professional mounting services. If you purchase both skis and bindings from us, you can provide your boot sole length (BSL) and skier profile during checkout for a pre-set adjustment by our certified technicians.

What is your return policy for seasonal gear?

We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused gear in its original packaging. Please note that skis that have been custom-mounted with bindings are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

How long does shipping take for oversized equipment?

Standard shipping for skis and snowboards typically takes 5-7 business days. We use specialized couriers to ensure your equipment arrives safely and handled with care.

Do your products come with a manufacturer warranty?

All our premium brands come with a standard 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects. This covers structural issues but does not cover 'rock chips' or damage resulting from normal wear and tear on the mountain.

Can I pay for my equipment in installments?

Yes, we partner with specialized financing providers at checkout, allowing you to split your purchase into four interest-free payments or monthly installments for higher-end gear.
